HCLA is a financial statement analysis program for firms extending open account
mercantile credit, or for financial firms extending short term business loans.  Program
analyzes and scores financial ratios, relying heavily upon liquidity ratios.  Produces 
a report showing ratios and scores, a recommended credit line, individualized for your
firm, and a credit risk profile showing the probability of receiving payments when due.
